Sound familiar?

Has anyone actually explained why your body is doing this?

These are the things women describe to us most often — the day-to-day, not the textbook. If you recognise even a few, you are in very familiar company.

“My periods turn up whenever they like — or vanish for months.”
“The weight keeps climbing and nothing I try shifts it.”
“My hair is thinning on top, and growing where I don’t want it.”
“Acne at 32 that I never had at 16.”
“I’m bloated and uncomfortable most days.”
“Sugar cravings I can’t reason my way out of.”
“I’m exhausted after meals and crash every afternoon.”
“Nobody has told me what this means for having children.”
“I’ve read everything online and I trust none of it.”

If several of those landed, a single session is often enough to finally put the whole picture together — what your numbers mean, what’s driving them, and what to ask your own doctor next.

You're not imagining it.

Your labs are technically normal, so there's nothing to discuss.
Your BMI is in range — lifestyle modification should be enough.
We don't typically test fasting insulin unless you're symptomatic.
The pill will regulate your cycle. Come back in a year.

What we offer beyond your medical team.

01

The time your doctor doesn't have

An unhurried session focused on your PMOS picture specifically — insulin resistance, androgens, cycle history — without the fifteen-minute time pressure that turns every appointment into triage.

02

Translation that makes you a smarter patient

Your actual labs read closely, in plain language. AMH, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, free testosterone — explained so you can take the conversation back to your own physician with confidence — the real evidence, not a wellness influencer's guesswork.

03

Decisions, not just diagnoses

Should you push for further workup? Try inositol before metformin? Switch endocrinologists? We help you work through the forks — your call, our coaching.

04

Cultural context the system misses

South Asian women have roughly double the PMOS prevalence, and often a more severe metabolic phenotype. Our coaches understand this. The standard Western playbook misses it.

05

Pattern recognition from thousands of cases

20 to 30 years of clinical practice, across the full spectrum — from the lean PMOS that gets missed for years, to the severe metabolic cases, to the women still told their labs are technically normal.

The coaches who will explain your data.

Our coaches are senior, internationally trained medical coaches, several with decades of senior clinical practice behind them. They're trained as physicians — they coach, translate, and teach. Your doctor treats. We make sure you understand exactly what you're seeing.

Nisha, BS Life Sciences · MBBS

If your results keep coming back “normal” while your body says otherwise, this is the conversation that joins the dots. Nisha reads a history the way most people read a headline — the timeline, the pattern, the thing everyone scrolled past. After decades in obstetrics and gynaecology, she kept meeting women who’d been dismissed for years — and started coaching because the explaining, the part the clinic never had time for, was the part that changed everything. You will not be hurried to a conclusion, and you will leave knowing what your numbers actually mean.

Bring the workup nobody talked you through. Madhu, MD (OB-GYN) goes result by result — insulin, cycles, endometriosis — at a pace that leaves room for the questions you did not get to ask. After twenty years running a busy department, she knows exactly what a fifteen-minute appointment has to leave out — and coaches to give women that missing time back. She is as clear about the tests you do not need as the ones you do.

Acne that will not clear. Thinning at the crown. Growth where you never wanted it. Mankul, MD (Dermatology) explains the hormonal story your skin is telling, and why the creams you were handed keep missing it. He grew tired of watching women get handed a cream for what was never a skin problem — and coaches to explain the hormonal picture underneath it. Bring your photos, your prescriptions and the products that failed — you will leave understanding what is actually driving it.

The thirtieth year of practice, given back to you.

By the tenth year of clinical practice, a physician stops looking up the differential — she recognizes it. By year twenty, she knows which labs to request before the patient finishes describing her symptoms. By year thirty, she can see what's being missed. That's the pattern library — built from thousands of cases.

The health system has no time for it. A fifteen-minute visit can't slow down enough to teach from it. A specialist is focused on treatment, not explanation. But coaching? Coaching is the format where deep clinical experience finally becomes powerful. Your coach isn't pattern-matching in real time — she's drawing on a library that's already built, thousands of presentations, the full spectrum: the lean PMOS that gets missed for years, the severe metabolic cases, the women first diagnosed through fertility workup, the culturally specific presentations the standard playbook misses.

This depth is applied purely to coaching and translation. Your physician treats. We help you understand what you're seeing so you can navigate your own care, powered by decades of having seen this work — or fail — a thousand different ways.

Why we are on your side… clearly.

Our coaches aren't junior clinicians who happen to be available. They're senior, internationally trained medical coaches with twenty- to thirty-year careers in OB-GYN, endocrinology, and reproductive medicine — deploying that experience in coaching precisely because they aren't running clinics or selling protocols.

What makes their guidance trustworthy is what they stand outside of: the US machinery of clinics to fill, procedures to bill, and insurance to satisfy. No incentive to upsell you, nothing to prescribe — so when they read your labs, you get medicine without the agenda.

That's also what separates us from the wellness industry that has rushed in to fill the trust gap. We're not "root-cause" influencers or supplement sellers — we're medically trained coaches who explain the actual evidence, in plain language.

We earn the same regardless of what you decide. Which makes us one of the few people in your PMOS journey whose interests are genuinely aligned with yours.

Our lane, clearly drawn

What we do, and don't.

  • We coach, translate, and teach — clinical decisions stay with your physician
  • We read your labs with you, in plain language — we don't interpret them as diagnosis
  • We prepare you for consults and debrief after — we don't replace them
  • No clinic affiliations · no protocol incentives · no supplements sold
  • Grounded in medical evidence — not wellness trends or "root-cause" hype
  • Not mental health therapy — we'll refer you to a licensed clinician
  • Not medical care · not diagnosis · not prescription · not a substitute for your physician

What makes this different.

Unhurried

Time to work through the whole PMOS picture — cycles, labs, symptoms and everything you’ve already tried. Long enough to get past the headline and into what’s actually driving it.

Continuity

Your cycle history, labs and everything you’ve already tried stay on record across the team. Nothing to re-explain at the start of every appointment.

Human clinical judgment

Physicians who have seen thousands of PMOS presentations — the lean ones, the metabolic ones, the ones called “borderline” for years — and know which questions actually matter.

One first session.
A coach who stays with your story.

01

Choose

Choose a single session for one focused question, or a 5- or 12-session PMOS coaching program — a shared session balance across our coordinated team, not isolated appointments.

02

Match

We match your first session to the coach whose background best fits where you’re starting, and walk through your history, your labs, and what you’re hoping to understand.

03

Guide

You leave with the PMOS picture in plain language — and, in a program, your coach flags which specialist should take the next conversation.

04

Continue

Book the recommended specialist, or pick another coach yourself. Continue until your program’s sessions are used — your cycle history and labs stay with you throughout.

Choose your level of support

How much support fits the moment?

You do not need to know which specialist comes next. Start with the amount of continuity you want; we will help shape the path from there.

A path shaped around the questions that emerge.

What continuity can look like

These are examples, not a fixed protocol. Your lead coach recommends the next useful conversation, and you remain free to book another specialist from the team.

Five sessions

  1. Put the whole PMOS picture in one place — cycle history, prior labs, symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and the questions no appointment had time for.
  2. Understand your numbers without letting one define you — fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, androgens, AMH — read together, in plain language, so you see the pattern rather than isolated results.
  3. Separate what’s driving what — insulin resistance, androgens, cycle disruption, skin and hair changes — and which of your symptoms are actually connected.
  4. Prepare for the clinical conversation — which workup is reasonable to ask for, how the treatment options (metformin, inositol, the pill, and others) are usually weighed, and exactly what to bring to your own doctor.
  5. Choose your next informed step — what’s clear, what’s still uncertain, and what support would be useful next — with a specialist recommended if your questions point that way.

Twelve sessions

Everything in the five-session path, with room to stay oriented as labs change, treatments are trialled, cycles shift, fertility questions arise, and decisions unfold that rarely fit into a single appointment — including the skin, hair, and metabolic threads that PMOS runs across more than one speciality.

Honest answers to real questions.

It’s time someone explained this properly.
